Position Overview:
The Team Lead will be the Provalus manager assigned to oversee individual client delivery teams. The Team Lead is assigned only one client, but can have a range of personnel assigned depending upon the size and scope of the client engagement. The Team Lead is responsible for scheduling, delivery, career progression, and daily management of the assigned team. The Team Lead is the escalation point for all client issues from the individual shifts and escalates to the assigned Delivery/Team Manager. The Team Lead is responsible for ensuring training plans, both Individual Development Plans and learning paths in Monday, are aligned to meet individual and client needs. Team Leads are also expected to eventually provide documented metrics to clients, at a minimum, during a Monthly Business Review and Quarterly Business Review. These metrics and other data requested by the client will be presented using the Provalus standard template. All Provalus employees are to ensure that tasks performed adhere to the firm’s SOC 2 Type 2 compliance requirements. This includes participation in annual information and network security training and acceptance of spot checks on an ad hoc basis to guarantee that Provalus is constantly improving. Each member of our team must understand the importance of handling client data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute daily operations and administration of assigned client team (to include creating and managing schedules).
- Perform training/mentoring duties to ensure all staff are proficient in assigned duties.
- Provide effective oral and written communication to clients, leveraging approved documentation.
- Strive to lead service delivery, weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews, and ensure to plan for the client’s needs.
Qualifications:
Exciting Team Lead position available to run the implementation of our newest Service Desk client here in Brewton. This new Service Desk Team will consist of 10 people to start and grow to 12 this fall. This is the desk the client plans to build their entire shared services organization around, and has a great opportunity for growth and for you to grow with it! Previous leadership experience is a must, and Service Desk reporting experience is a plus!
