Key Responsibilities- Research required information using available internal and external resources.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints related to account issues.
- Research public record databases to:
- Identify, analyze, and verify information related to investigations.
- Conduct validation reviews and resolve discrepancies.
- Assess potential fraud risk.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to higher-level management.
- Complete call notes and reports, updating customer records in the CRM system.
- Record details of inquiries, complaints, and customer interactions.
- Collect evidence and documentation using available tools and systems.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Answering Benefit Questions
- Assist members with eligibility, policy details, deductibles, and claim history.
- Billing Support
- Explain claims and charges.
- Help customers understand their bills and provide escalation contacts when necessary.
- Must be able to work onsite at the Brewton, AL office (remote work is not available).
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong computer literacy and multi-tasking capabilities.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and related software applications.
- Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations.
