Location: Whiteville, NC

Position Overview:

The Client Trainer is responsible for delivering training programs that prepare employees to successfully support client operations, systems, and processes. This role ensures that new hires and existing team members understand client requirements, operational workflows, and technology platforms necessary to perform their roles effectively.


The Client Trainer will facilitate both classroom-style and hands-on training, develop training materials, and support continuous learning to improve employee performance and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Delivery

  • Facilitate instructor-led training sessions for new hires and existing employees supporting client programs.
  • Deliver training on client systems, operational processes, and service expectations.
  • Provide both in-person and virtual training sessions as required.
  • Conduct interactive training sessions that promote engagement and knowledge retention.

Training Development

  • Develop and maintain training materials, guides, presentations, and learning resources.
  • Update training content as client processes, systems, or policies evolve.
  • Assist in designing training programs, learning modules, and job aids.

Employee Development

  • Monitor trainee progress and provide coaching and feedback to support learning.
  • Identify knowledge gaps and provide additional instruction when needed.
  • Partner with operations leaders to ensure employees are prepared for client-specific responsibilities.

Quality & Performance Support

  • Track trainee performance during training programs and provide evaluation feedback.
  • Support employees during nesting or transition periods after training.
  • Work closely with quality assurance teams to reinforce training topics and performance expectations.

Collaboration

  • Work with operations leadership, client stakeholders, and subject matter experts to align training with operational needs.
  • Communicate training progress, completion, and readiness to leadership teams.
  • Support ongoing training initiatives and continuous improvement efforts..

Qualifications:

  • Experience delivering training, coaching, or instruction in a professional environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to explain complex processes and systems in a clear and structured way.
  • Experience facilitating group training sessions and one-on-one coaching.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
