Meridian Program
Cultivating untapped, rural talent to implement your technology initiatives

The Meridian Program is Provalus’ proprietary talent development program, a college-level internship designed to prepare STEM and Computer Science majors for a successful career in IT. We partner with accredited universities across rural America to establish the program on campus, where we combine classroom learning with real-world training under the guidance of industry experts. Meridian interns gain hands-on experience by working on ongoing client projects prior to graduation and transitioning into full-time roles at Provalus. This initiative fosters a talent pipeline that supports our mission to create jobs that stay in rural America. This hybrid talent model enhances long-term workforce development and facilitates cost-effective blended delivery teams by pairing Meridian interns with Meridian graduates and full-time Provalus professionals.
