Network Administrator I (Associate Development Role)

Position Overview:

This is an internal opportunity for Provalus associates currently on a network, help desk, or service desk team who are ready to move into a dedicated infrastructure role and grow their career in enterprise networking. You’ll work alongside our senior Network Administrator, support day-to-day operations, and participate in on-site buildouts when we open new delivery centers.

What You'll Do:

Monitor and maintain network infrastructure across Provalus locations using LogicMonitor
Support configuration and troubleshooting of firewalls, switches, and wireless access points
Assist with on-site network buildouts for new Provalus delivery centers
Maintain documentation, including IP address logs and configuration records
Travel to Provalus sites as needed - estimated 25–40%

What We're Looking For:

Currently in a Provalus network, help desk, or service desk role
1+ years of IT experience with a demonstrated interest in networking
Basic knowledge of networking concepts: IP addressing, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP
CompTIA Network+ or A+ (required or actively in progress)
Willingness to travel, including to rural locations
Strong reliability and work ethic in your current role

Nice to Have:

Any exposure to Fortinet or Aruba products
Familiarity with LogicMonitor or similar monitoring tools
Working toward CCNA, Fortinet NSE, or other networking certifications

Growth Path:

Associates who demonstrate technical growth and ownership will have a clear path to the Network Administrator role. Provalus will support the pursuit of relevant certifications, including Fortinet NSE and Aruba credentials.
