Position Overview:
We are seeking a BI Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across our Operations teams. This role is responsible for transforming operational, financial, and client data into actionable insights that improve performance, efficiency, and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports for operational and client performance.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Partner with operations, finance, CSI, and client teams to define SLAs and KPIs.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting.
- Support ad hoc analysis and executive presentations.
Qualifications:
- Experience in BI, data analytics, or reporting (BPO or services environment preferred).
- Strong skills in SQL and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, business-focused insights.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
