Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Manager to join our
growing Finance team. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day accounting
operations, maintain accurate financial records, and assist with month-end close

Key Responsibilities:
? Prepare journal entries and maintain the general ledger
? Perform account reconciliations
? Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
? Contribute to preparation of financial statements and monthly financial
reports for management and external auditors
? Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
? Provide oversight for accounting operations (AR, AP, treasury)
? Collaborate with FP&A, Operations and HR to provide financial insights;
identify opportunities for process automation and improved efficiency
? Develop relationships and assist/support the broader Finance team as
needed, including ad hoc projects and tasks
Qualifications:
? Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
? CPA license preferred
? 4-5 years of relevant accounting experience preferred
? Working knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
? Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software (e.g.,
Microsoft D365, Bullhorn) a plus
? Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, ability to multi-task
? Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) & time management
