Key Responsibilities 

  • Research required information using available internal and external resources. 

  • Handle and resolve customer complaints related to account issues. 

  • Research public record databases to: 

  • Identify, analyze, and verify information related to investigations. 

  • Conduct validation reviews and resolve discrepancies. 

  • Identify and escalate priority issues to higher-level management. 

  • Complete call notes and reports, updating customer records in the CRM system. 

  • Record details of inquiries, complaints, and customer interactions. 

  • Collect evidence and documentation using available tools and systems. 

  • Perform additional duties as assigned. 

 

Role Requirements 

  • Must be able to work?onsite?at the Brewton office (remote work is not available). 

  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). 

  • Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment. 

  • Strong computer literacy and multi-tasking capabilities. 

  • Proficiency in CRM systems and related software applications. 

  • Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations.
