Key Responsibilities

Research required information using available internal and external resources.

Handle and resolve customer complaints related to account issues.

Research public record databases to:

Identify, analyze, and verify information related to investigations.

Conduct validation reviews and resolve discrepancies.

Identify and escalate priority issues to higher-level management.

Complete call notes and reports, updating customer records in the CRM system.
-
Record details of inquiries, complaints, and customer interactions.

Collect evidence and documentation using available tools and systems.

Perform additional duties as assigned.
Role Requirements

Must be able to work?onsite?at the Brewton office (remote work is not available).

Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
