We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Cleaner to help maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment throughout our Brewton, AL facility. This role is essential in supporting the overall appearance, cleanliness, and functionality of office spaces, employee common areas, and restrooms to ensure a positive environment for both employees and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general floor care including:
- Vacuuming
- Sweeping
- Mopping
- Spot-cleaning carpets
- Clean and maintain:
- Office areas
- Employee lounges/break areas
- Conference rooms
- Management offices
- Dust, disinfect, and polish furniture and surfaces as needed
- Clean and sanitize restrooms daily
- Empty trash and replace liners throughout the facility
- Clean windows and glass surfaces in designated areas
- Restock kitchen, breakroom, and board room supplies as needed
- Assist with monitoring and maintaining cleaning supply inventory
- Report maintenance concerns, repairs, or replacement needs identified during daily tasks
Qualifications & Skills
- High School Diploma and/or GED is required
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- Reliable and dependable attendance
- Ability to complete physical tasks such as standing, bending, lifting, and walking throughout shifts
- Prior housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred, but not required

- Position may require lifting cleaning supplies/equipment and standing for extended periods
