Job Duties:
- IT support for the Monticello Kentucky Office
- Help desk support for all OPS / Optomi / Provalus employees nationally
- Monitoring of help desk queue and working to resolve support issues for the field
- Able to troubleshoot and support Windows or Apple desktop issues.
- IT and Facilities asset management for Texas offices
- New hire IT onboarding
- New client IT desktop setups
- Local security management (badge access and security camera)
- Being critical support role, timely responses are required
- Able to manage tasks and deadlines in fast paced environment
- Able to learn new technology platforms and tools
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in a technical support role doing desktop support or experience working on a help desk
- Ability to deliver outstanding technical service for both internal and external staff in-person or over the telephone.
- Reliable transportation to cover the different sites in Texas
- Experience working with Microsoft products and heavy familiarity working with Outlook and Office 365 a must
- Help desk ticketing system experience a MUST
- Ability to move IT equipment and heavy objects
While this position is on-site in the Kentucky office, it is part of a national IT support team and remote support of field workers is part of the job.
