Position Summary
In this role, you will support our clients in securing enrollment for B2B payments, simplifying the payment process and providing better control and visibility for our clients. This position is responsible for contacting vendors via phone to develop new vendor relationships for our clients and generate new revenue. Responsibilities also include fostering the client relationships sold and support plans to build or retire quota. The position operates in a high-volume, quota-driven sales environment and requires strong closing skills and consultative selling techniques.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Conduct 80+ outbound calls daily and follow-up email outreach as required
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate product solutions
  • Present pricing and product features clearly and effectively
  • Overcome customer objections and by presenting alternate product offerings
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in CRM systems
  • Multi-tasking, listening, inputting data, probing, providing solutions, and navigating through various screens while applying basic customer satisfaction techniques
  • Liaising between vendor and client; discussing payment issues or negotiating payment terms
  • Demonstrating effective oral and written communications with customers, department personnel, and management

Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of experience selling products or services
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales quotas
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate CRM systems
 
Compensation
Compensation includes a base salary plus incentives. Incentives are primarily tied to performance. Total earnings will vary based on individual performance.
 
Work Environment
This role operates in an outbound sales contact center environment that is onsite. The position requires extended periods of sitting, frequent computer use, and handling a high volume of customer interactions.
