Key responsibilities
  • Test Strategy and Planning:  Develop and execute test strategies, plans, and detailed approaches for assigned projects.
  • Team Leadership:  Lead and manage a team of test analysts and other personnel, providing technical and management direction.
  • Project Oversight:  Oversee the entire testing lifecycle, including test preparation, execution, and reporting, ensuring alignment with project timelines and quality standards.
  • Quality Assurance:  Ensure that project deliverables meet desired software quality levels and client expectations.
  • Risk Management:  Monitor projects for test-related risks, issues, and compliance, taking appropriate mitigation steps and escalating significant threats.
  • Stakeholder Management:  Act as a key interface between project teams, stakeholders, and management, and build positive relationships.
  • Process Improvement:  Drive adherence to testing frameworks and suggest improvements to testing processes.
  • Reporting:  Log and report on all test results and issues, and report on the progress of testing activities.
