• Assign, monitor and manage vendor workloads
• Review and validate job status updates, ensuring accuracy and timely
follow-ups
• Investigate delays, missed commitments and service impacting issues
• Support dispatch with administrative tasks and field readiness verification
• Maintain spreadsheets, trackers and reporting dashboards
• Communicate regularly with vendors, dispatch, field technicians and
engineering
