Job Summary
As a Support Analyst, you will serve as a trusted advisor to customers, handling inbound calls from individuals considering disconnecting or downgrading their service. Your role is to understand customer needs, resolve concerns, and present solutions that improve their experience and retain their business.
Note: This is an on-site position based in our North Wilkesboro office. Remote work is not available for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Retain customers by identifying concerns, resolving issues, and offering value-based solutions
- Use consultative selling techniques to match products and services to customer needs
- Clearly communicate features, benefits, and competitive advantages of Provalus offerings
- Navigate billing systems and internal tools to review and explain account details
- Deliver consistent, high-quality customer experience while meeting performance and retention goals
- Thrive in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment with a focus on results
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Call center experience required; telecommunications, technology, or sales experience preferred
- Retention or “save” experience strongly preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to confidently handle objections and resolve customer concerns
- Comfortable working in a performance-based, commission-driven environment
- Proficient in Windows-based systems, databases, and billing platforms
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
