In this role, you will lead remote—and occasional onsite—training and implementation sessions for dental practices using client software. This is a dynamic, customer-facing position where you’ll support both new and existing clients, helping them confidently adopt and use our solutions. Key Responsibilities

· Lead remote training sessions using established curriculum and training material

· Instruct dental offices on software functionality, workflows, and best practices

· Facilitate live training calls and webinars for new and existing clients

· Schedule follow-up sessions to reinforce learning and ensure client success

· Maintain training calendars, productivity metrics, and documentation in internal systems

· Collaborate with Implementation and Support teams to resolve client issues

· Participate in team meetings and contribute to special projects and process improvements

Qualifications

· 2–4 years of professional experience in a client facing role

· Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and confidently to diverse audiences

· Comfort facilitating engaging training sessions in both remote and in-person settings

· Experience using multiple software applications in a professional environment, with the ability to quickly learn new systems

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Strong customer service mindset with a focus on client success and positive user experiences

· Excellent organizational, time-management, and follow-through skills

· Preferred

· Bachelor’s degree or relevant coursework in education, technology, healthcare, or a related field

· Experience delivering training, onboarding, workshops, or end-user education

· Experience using virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams) and presentation tools
