Position Overview:

Provalus is seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our Live Oak Bank team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service, resolving inquiries efficiently, and ensuring a positive banking experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Log in at least 10 minutes before shift start to review updates and prepare for the day.
  • Remain responsive to incoming calls while managing workload throughout the day (Such as Share File, Email, and Teams).
  • Provide step-by-step guidance to customers over the phone. Regarding Online Banking and Application.
  • Be able to answer customer questions about products, Add-ons, and services offered by Live Oak Bank.
  • Troubleshoot issues across mobile devices (iPhone, Android), banking apps, PCs, QuickBooks, and Quicken.
  • Submit internal tickets using proper templates, categories, and tags provided in Live Oaks data sources.
  • Maintain detailed notes, schedule follow-ups, and track required documents. Following up and uploading documents in a timely manner.
  • Manage time effectively across fluctuating call volumes and task workloads.

Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with computers, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multitask across multiple systems in real time.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
