Position Overview:

The IT Service Desk Analyst position focuses on completion of tasks to support Client projects and is assigned to Client teams through all phases, either individually or with a senior Service Desk Analyst. The IT Service Desk Analyst will work with team members in support of service delivery. This will involve working closely on environments for their assigned Client and ticket queue(s) to ensure established Service Level Agreements are maintained/exceeded. The IT Service Desk Analyst will be assigned learning internally & in clients' LMS as needed to support Provalus and their Clients. IT Service Desk Analysts will also, in time, assist in training Junior IT Service Desk Analysts when assigned by the Team Lead. All Provalus employees are to ensure tasks performed adhere to the firm’s SOC 2 Type 2 compliance requirements. This includes participation in annual information and network

Qualifications:

  • Must have been on current assignment for a minimum of 6 months or be close
  • Must currently be in good standing (Not on PIP or any type of Warning)
  • Must receive permission from the Delivery Lead before applying
