Location: Tahlequah, OK

Position Overview:

As a Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting top talent for both entry-level and experienced positions. Utilizing diverse sourcing strategies—including social media platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook, job postings, targeted outreach, and participation in networking events and job fairs—you will proactively seek out qualified candidates. Your responsibilities will encompass conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and maintaining clear communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Additionally, you will manage and document recruiting activities using our internal Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other applications. Building and nurturing a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future openings, as well as organizing community events to enhance our company's presence in the local region, will be key aspects of your role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Successfully sourcing and identifying talent for entry-level and experienced hire positions
  • Recruiting and evaluating candidate profiles using a variety of sourcing methods to identify talent, including (but not limited to): Social Media Platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.; Job Postings and Inbound applications; Targeted Outreach; Networking Events & Job Fairs
  • Interviewing prospective candidates and coordinating next steps with the appropriate hiring manager(s)
  • Following up with candidates to ensure they are always up to date on the current status of their candidacy
  • Clearly documenting and tracking recruiting activity, and utilizing internal ATS and various internal applications.
  • Building a strong pipeline of candidates for future openings and upcoming positions, and training (Tech Foundry)
  • Build a community events/networking plan to build relationships and the company brand within the local region 

Qualifications:

  • Must receive approval to apply from your delivery manager
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required
  • Previous recruiting experience, client-facing, or “high touch” customer-facing experience required
  • Outgoing and energetic personality – You must be a true “People Person” and be excited about community outreach – this role will be the face of our office in Tahlequah and the surrounding areas!
  • High-volume recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus
  • Knowledge of various recruiting sources and methods
  • Familiarity with relevant employment regulations and laws is a plus
  • History of professionalism, strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and a true sense of urgency
