Location: Jasper, TX

Position Overview:

Hours of operation: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Responsible for proactively managing and resolving exceptions within BSW operations. Focuses on preventing past-due orders, reducing unnecessary leadership escalations, and ensuring vendor accountability through structured intake, investigation, and follow-through.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the centralized intake point for BSW escalations, ensuring issues are routed, prioritized, and resolved at the appropriate level.
  • Assess escalation severity, determine root cause, and initiate corrective actions without unnecessary leadership involvement.
  • Ensure escalations are documented, tracked, and closed with clear resolution status.

Qualifications:

  • Must be employed with Provalus for 6+ months
  • No PIPs in the last 6 months or LOA
  • Approval from your delivery leader to apply
