Location: Brewton, AL

Position Overview:

As a Trainer on the Provalus SOA Team, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that equip team members with the technical, operational, and soft skills needed to excel in service delivery roles. You’ll play a key role in onboarding new hires, upskilling existing staff, and ensuring consistent performance across the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver training modules for the Fact Finding Team.
  • Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires, ensuring smooth integration into the SOA team.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to update training content based on evolving client needs and technologies.
  • Monitor trainee progress and provide feedback to individuals and team leads.
  • Maintain training records and generate reports on training effectiveness.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying skill gaps and recommending solutions.
  • Ensure training aligns with Provalus values and client expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Must receive approval from the Delivery Lead before applying
  • Member, in good standing, of the State of Alabama Fact Finding Team for a minimum of 6 months
