Position Overview:

As the Team Leader, you will be responsible for inspiring, guiding, and managing a high-performing team of Managed Service Support Consultants. You will ensure consistent delivery of a first-class, SLA-driven service to Client users, resolving a wide range of managed service inquiries with precision and professionalism. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a proactive approach to customer engagement, service assurance, and operational excellence. You will champion a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and performance, while fostering collaboration and technical growth across the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Supplier Lifecycle Support (Venminder & Related Tasks).

  • Process supplier submissions within Venminder.
  • Support supplier onboarding, due diligence, and periodic reviews.
  • Maintain supplier documentation and track contract compliance.

Invoice Review & Processing

  • Conduct initial invoice review, verifying charges against contract terms.
  • Escalate discrepancies, variances, or unexpected charges.
  • Ensure timely processing to prevent late fees, service disruptions, and overpayments.

Data Cleansing & Migration

  • Standardize and cleanse supplier data for accuracy.
  • Assist with data migration and validation efforts.
  • Ensure documentation aligns with compliance and audit requirements.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance reports and dashboards.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in supplier lifecycle management, contract compliance, or invoice processing.
  • Familiarity with supplier management platforms (Venminder or similar tools).
  • Strong analytical skills for data validation and invoice review.
  • Experience with Reporting & Visualization Tools.
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting.
