Explosive growth for Provalus creates high demand for workers and leaders

April 9, 2023

Many tech giants have reduced the size of their workforces in recent months, but Provalus continues to expand its footprint… adding team members, leaders, and space. Provalus, the Solutions brand of Optomi Professional Services, recently secured several new projects that require hundreds of additional staff. We’re hiring for Customer Experience personnel and management as well as other I.T. Services positions. Job openings are in in all of our locations in Oklahoma, Alabama, Texas, and South Carolina. Brewton Alabama has the most openings with 80 positions to be filled by May 1st.

Individuals interested in joining the Provalus team should visit provalus.com/jobs .

Provalus specializes in managed services and professional services including Business Process Optimization (BPO), Infrastructure Operations (HD, IAM, NOC, SOC), and Application & ITO Support. Through these services, the firm is able to provide Fortune-listed companies with the dependable, quality, and practical services they need for business continuity.

As companies realize that utilizing resources in the states creates more disposable income that can then translate back to their corporate revenue stream, they’ve shied away from overseas engagements… opting for in-country solutions to their I.T. outsourcing needs. This has helped fuel the growth of Provalus and has led to four unique locations with a fifth in the works.
