Ten in a Row: A Decade Among America’s Fastest-Growing Companies

Celebrating Our 10th Consecutive Year on the Inc. 5000 list

Optomi Professional Services (OPS) has once again earned a place on the Inc. 5000 list of America’s fastest-growing private companies. As a 100% U.S.-based technology firm, we deliver the people, expertise, and solutions that power our clients’ most critical initiatives. Though recognized on the list as Optomi, this award and our work span two brands: Optomi, which provides high-end technology talent via contract, contract-to-hire, and team augmentation aligned to client goals, culture, and roadmap, and Provalus, which delivers technology and business process services and solutions at scale from Centers of Excellence in rural American communities. Ranked No. 4,854 this year, this is a milestone we credit entirely to the people behind it: employees who show up every day, the clients who continue to place their trust in us, and the partners and communities who have grown alongside us.

Just how rare is a run like this? Inc. reports that only about one in ten companies that ever earn a spot on the list return to it even five times, and reaching ten consecutive years is even rarer. We are humbled by what this represents. Ten consecutive years reflect a decade of year-over-year growth that would not have been possible without the dedication of our teams and the confidence of the clients they serve, sustained through every kind of economic climate.

Looking Back: A Story Longer Than the Streak

The ten-year Inc. 5000 run is a chapter in a longer story, not the whole of it. Optomi was founded in 2012 on a straightforward but ambitious premise: build a technology talent company that puts people, both consultants and clients, at the center of everything. From our Atlanta headquarters, we grew rapidly by specializing in contract, contract-to-hire, and team augmentation services for the IT roles businesses needed most, earning a reputation for quality, responsiveness, and a genuine consultant-first approach.

By the time we first earned a place on the Inc. 5000, we were already well established, and the recognition kept coming year after year. Along the way, we reached a series of defining milestones. In 2017, we launched Provalus, a bold alternative to overseas outsourcing that delivers technology and business process solutions entirely from within the United States. By building Centers of Excellence in rural American communities (where meaningful technology careers had rarely existed before), Provalus created a new category of opportunity, hiring veterans, women, and residents of underserved towns and giving them a pathway into the digital economy. Today, Provalus operates nine delivery centers and a growing workforce that reflects that mission, with a team composed of 34% veterans and military family members and 60% women.

“Ten years on the Inc. 5000 isn't just a milestone; it's proof of sustained excellence,” says OPS CEO Chuck Ruggiero. “What makes me most proud isn't the ranking itself, but what it represents: a decade of disciplined execution, continuous innovation, and a team that never loses sight of its commitment to clients. We've grown through booms, downturns, shifting technologies, and changing markets because our people embrace change rather than fear it.”

“Achieving this once is an accomplishment. Earning it ten years in a row speaks to the culture, character, and consistency of an extraordinary team. It's a reflection of people who care deeply about one another, who relentlessly raise the bar for themselves and for our clients, and who understand that lasting success is built one promise kept at a time. This recognition belongs to every member of the OPS family.”

Our impact has drawn notice beyond the industry. Provalus has been featured in national media, including The Wall Street Journal, resonating far outside the technology sector. We have also deepened our technical credentials, becoming a ServiceNow Select Partner and expanding the services we deliver to clients nationwide.

Our growth has been both fast and financially sound, a result we attribute to the disciplined, everyday work of our teams across both brands and to the loyalty of the clients who make that work possible.

A Foundation of People and Leadership

Behind every milestone is a team, and we have invested heavily in leadership to carry us into our next decade. Recent years have seen a thoughtful evolution of our executive bench, including the appointment of Mike Keogh, an industry veteran with a track record of scaling technology businesses at global scale, as President of Provalus, and the elevation of Tyler Snellings to President of Optomi, succeeding co-founder Radka Winwood and carrying forward the consultant-first culture on which the brand was built. Under CEO Chuck Ruggiero and with a strengthened C-suite leadership team, we are positioned for our most ambitious chapter yet.

“I am incredibly proud of this milestone, and even prouder of the people behind it,” says Optomi President Tyler Snellings. “Optomi is about so much more than business; it is about the people whose careers we help shape and the clients whose goals we help reach. Ten years of this recognition reflects a team that leads with that purpose every day, and I could not be more grateful to work alongside them.”

“Ten years on the Inc. 5000 list is a tremendous milestone for OPS, and we are just getting started,” says Provalus President Mike Keogh. “Demand for Provalus services continues to grow, and so does our opportunity to bring meaningful technology careers to more communities across the country. What began as a bold idea, that world-class technology and business support can come from small-town America, is now a proven success, and the next decade is where it gets really exciting.”

Looking Ahead: What Comes Next

As proud as we are of the last ten years, we believe the best way to honor the milestone is to keep building. The runway ahead is wide open: growing demand for exceptional technology talent, and a 100% U.S.-based delivery model that continues to expand what opportunity can look like in communities across the country. Our ambition is bigger than any list. With deep gratitude to every consultant, employee, client, partner, and community that helped carry us here, we are focused on the decade to come, creating thousands more careers, and growing alongside those that trust us with their most critical initiatives.

There's a word that gets thrown around a lot in the outsourcing industry: efficiency. Faster. Cheaper. Scaled. These are the metrics that dominate the conversation, and for good reason.
