Optomi Professional Services Recognized by Inc Magazine for Prioritizing Women in the I.T. Space

We are so grateful to be recognized by Inc.com for our commitment to furthering the careers of women in tech. Creating space for women in the I.T. space has proven to be not only inclusive, but essential to our success. Optomi Professional Services [OPS] is comprised of both the Optomi and Provalus brands. Optomi has a workforce of over 50% women with a female President while Provalus employees are 56% female also with a President who is female. Our Provalus President, Laura Chevalier, has been an asset to rural communities in small-town America. She was recently recognized as a “Veteran Champion of the Year” (Read more on GI Jobs)

Today the North Carolina Department of Commerce announced the expansion of Provalus into Edenton, North Carolina. With a mission to create technology opportunities in rural communities where few traditionally exist, Provalus is expected to create 155 jobs in Chowan County.
